Boating license required on the IJsselmeer
If you want to sail on the IJsselmeer, you must be in possession of a boating license 2. This boating license is mandatory for sailing on a personal watercraft, jet ski, dinghy or motorboat that can go faster than 20 km/h at full throttle and for boats with a length of more than 15 meters.
