It’s party time in Woudsend because windmill ‘De Jager’ is celebrating its 300th anniversary! Sawmill ‘De Jager’ is one of the three working sawmills in Friesland. The mill can be visited on Saturday 14 September.
Have you always wanted to see what it’s like in a sawmill? Then this is your chance to see how the volunteer millers cut trees that are offered to them from the area. The mill can be visited from 09:30 to 17:00 and is located at Ald Wyk 18 in Woudsend.
