Are you going on holiday in Friesland this summer? Don’t forget to visit the farmer’s market in Woudsend. Every Thursday during the summer holidays you will find fresh, tasty local products and surprising items here.

The farmer’s market in Woudsend has been popular with young and old for years. Every Thursday during the summer holidays from 11:00 to 17:00 you can stroll along the nicest stalls with unique accessories, care products and gifts and buy the tastiest local products.

What’s available at the farmer’s market?

At the farmer’s market, the offer is huge. Fill your shopping bag with vegetables, fruit, jam, honey, ice cream, cheese, meat, eel, eggs, wine, coffee and much more. In addition, there is a surprising assortment of nice items. You will find various natural and cleaning products, natural fragrances, serving boards, furs and countless gift items. Thanks to the range of more than thirty stalls, a visit to the market is definitely worthwhile. Nice to know: every Thursday the offer can vary.

Entrance to the farmer’s market is free

The farmer’s market is free to visit every Thursday this summer holiday. The last market will take place on Thursday 25 August. The market takes place in the center of Woudsend around the Waechswâl.
