Your rental agreement/invoice, which is also your travel documents, will state how the arrival
is regulated.
There are three possibilities:
1: The homeowner or manager will receive you at the holiday home or at the reception.
2: Your rental agreement/invoice will have a key address on it. Here you can pick up the key.
3: Your rental agreement/invoice contains a code from a key box. This is present in the holiday home.
The same arrangement applies to the departure, unless you make other arrangements with the homeowner or manager.
