Are you forced to cancel your booking due to circumstances? In this case, you must always inform us of your cancellation by e-mail. You can send your cancellation to info@vakantiefriesland-dev.nl
As stated in our terms and conditions, a cancellation fee is always prohibited. Have you taken out cancellation insurance through us and are you cancelling the booking with a valid reason for the insurance? Then the costs may be reclaimed through the insurance. If you do not have cancellation insurance through us but do elsewhere, please ask us for a cancellation fee report. If you have any questions about this, please contact our customer service.
